In 1963, a young husband and wife doctor team couple came from Norway to Taiwan. The husband and wife were moved by the sight of homeless or abandoned children with polio crawling on ground. Not wanting to see these treasured lives ignored, the couple founded Victory Home to give children with polio a chance, no matter what it takes.
In 2000, Victory Home expanded and opened the "Taipei Victory Development Center for the Disabled".to serve the disabled people the northern Taiwan.Through outdoor activities, lectures social welfare services psychological counseling, career counseling, job and digital learning,Victory provides physically and mentally disabled people a service network, to understand their potential and increase earn themselves self-esteem.
